Forgot your password? Please use this utility below to reset your password.

IMPORTANT  Changing your password here will change your password on the following portals:

  • CAVD Portal
  • HANC Portal
  • HVTN Portal
  • MiP Portal
  • the MySites area for all portals

 
Step 1: Enter your full email address.

 Steps to reset your password
  1. Enter your username
    (full email address).
  2. Answer your secret question
    (must be re-typed exactly as you entered it when you originally set it.)
  3. Enter your new password and confirm it.

 Password Complexity Requirements
  • Passwords are case-sensitive.
  • Passwords must be at least 7 characters in length.
  • When resetting your password, you cannot use your current password, or your previous 3 passwords.
